Devices. Billing. Lifecycle. Answered.
Device as a Service (DaaS) is a subscription-based solution that gives your business access to the latest technology without the need for large upfront investments. Devices, lifecycle services, and refreshes are bundled into a predictable monthly fee, ensuring employees always have the tools they need to stay productive.
The subscription includes devices, deployment, lifecycle management, end-of-life services, and access to our portal Lifecycle 360. For phones and tablets, we supply every device with a protective case, a screen protector, and enrolment into Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox.
You’ll also have the support of a dedicated Account Manager and flexible contract terms tailored to your business needs.
Optional breakfix cover can also be included, providing repair services for a predictable monthly cost.
DaaS is billed on a quarterly basis over the agreed contract term.
There is no significant upfront investment in hardware. Instead, your DaaS solution is billed quarterly in advance throughout the contract term, providing predictable costs and helping preserve capital.
We can also assess and purchase your existing devices through our Trade-In programme, with the value applied as a credit against your initial DaaS invoices to help reduce costs from day one.
We offer flexible contract terms of 18, 24, or 36 months, allowing you to choose a device refresh cycle that best fits your business needs, budget, and technology strategy.
While traditional leasing focuses primarily on financing hardware, Device as a Service combines devices, deployment, lifecycle management, and end-of-life services into a single solution. This provides greater visibility, convenience, and value throughout the device lifecycle.
We work with all major device manufacturers, giving you the flexibility to choose the brands and models that best fit your business, whether for smartphones, tablets, laptops or desktops.

Lifecycle 360 goes beyond traditional asset tracking by providing a complete view of the device lifecycle in one platform. In addition to inventory management, you can track device assignments, deployments, repairs, and end-of-life activity, giving your IT team greater visibility, control, and reporting capabilities.
Lifecycle 360 brings every stage of the device lifecycle into one platform. IT teams can order devices, manage deployments, assign assets, monitor inventory, coordinate repairs, and track devices through to end-of-life, all from a single portal.
At the end of your contract, you can choose from three flexible options:
Upgrade to a new device
Refresh your fleet with the latest technology and start a new DaaS agreement.
Retain your device
Keep your existing devices by purchasing them outright at the end of the term.
Return your devices
Return the devices to us for secure data erasure and responsible processing, including refurbishment or recycling.
All returned devices undergo certified data erasure before refurbishment, resale or recycling, ensuring sensitive business data is securely removed.
At the end of their lifecycle, devices are securely collected and undergo certified data erasure. Depending on their condition, they are then refurbished for a second life, resold through approved channels, or responsibly recycled in line with environmental best practices.
